For sourcing and supply chain leaders

A supplier built to reduce three costs purchasing carries on every aluminum program: tooling, changeover time and supply risk.

What we make

From coil to production‑ready component.

One integrated manufacturing platform designed to shorten launch cycles, reduce tooling exposure and give OEM engineering teams more freedom to iterate.

Step 1

Laser blanking

Die‑free, on‑the‑fly cutting of aluminum coil for body‑shell, closure and structural blanks, with rapid digital contour changes.

Step 2

Forming

Production pathways for precision formed panels and structural components.

Step 3

CNC machining

Precision finishing for dimensional control and high‑value structural applications.

Step 4

Joining & assembly

Welded and assembled subcomponents engineered for repeatability and traceability.

Step 5

Metrology

Quality systems built around measurement, process data and material traceability.

Why ALENTUY

The commercial case for your sourcing team.

Total cost of ownershipAvoid blanking‑die capital

No dedicated blanking dies to fund, store, maintain or refurbish. Tooling that would otherwise sit on your balance sheet or be amortized into piece price is removed from the quote.

Engineering change costRevisions without re‑tooling

Contour changes are handled as program updates, so late design changes do not trigger new die orders or long tooling lead times.

Material costYield on high‑value coil

Free‑form digital nesting is modeled before quoting, giving you visibility into coil utilization and scrap on 6xxx and 7xxx material.

Supply riskDomestic second source

A U.S. facility in South Florida supports dual‑sourcing strategies and shortens logistics to Southeast automotive plants and Florida’s aerospace and space base.

ComplianceTraceability from coil to part

Planned digital quality architecture links heat and lot identity, process parameters and inspection data to each shipment, supporting PPAP and AS9102 first article documentation.

Supplier onboarding

From RFQ to serial supply.

A defined path that fits your sourcing process, with a single commercial contact and engineering support at each gate.

  1. RFQ & NDA

Mutual NDA, then share material, gauge, blank geometry, annual volume and SOP timing for a feasibility review.

  2. Costed quotation

Digital nesting models coil yield and cycle time, so the quote shows a transparent piece‑price build‑up.

  3. Qualification

Samples and documentation to your requirements, including PPAP for automotive and AS9102 first article for aerospace.

  4. Serial supply

Scheduled releases with full material traceability, and engineering changes implemented without tooling delays.

Questions

What sourcing teams ask first.

How does die‑free blanking affect total cost?

Conventional blanking requires a dedicated die for each part, often a significant upfront investment plus maintenance and storage. Laser blanking removes that tooling line from the program, and design changes do not require new dies. We quote piece price with the nesting yield assumptions shown.

Will you sign an NDA before we share drawings?

Yes. We routinely start with a mutual NDA, or can work under your company’s standard agreement.

What is the current status of the facility?

The facility is in development. We are engaging OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers now so that early programs can be aligned with qualification and ramp‑up timing. Contact us for the current timeline.

What does “die‑free” blanking mean for my program?

Blank contours are cut by laser from a programmed path instead of a dedicated blanking die. Changing a contour means updating a program rather than building or modifying hard tooling.

What material range can the line process?

The planned line is specified for coil widths of 400–2,150 mm, material thickness of 0.6–3.0 mm, coils up to 30 t and blank lengths up to 4,500 mm. Final performance remains subject to vendor confirmation.

Which alloys do you plan to work with?

The sourcing strategy centers on OEM‑approved 5xxx‑series coil for inner and structural parts, 6xxx‑series coil for exposed panels and closures, and high‑strength 7xxx‑series material for aerospace programs. We match material to your program specification.

What should I send for a program review?

Material and gauge, blank geometry or CAD, estimated annual volume, qualification requirements and your target timing. Partial information is fine to start the conversation.

Where is ALENTUY located?

Pembroke Pines in South Florida, with access to major highway, airport and seaport infrastructure serving the Southeast and the Americas.
